(ECFA), we fully support its purposes and goals -- and proudly display its
seal to reflect compliance with its membership standards. We are obligated
to:
- have a clear and strong commitment to evangelical Christianity,
- maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and Christian ethics,
- believe in full financial disclosure,
- have an independent board that accepts responsibility for the organization's activities,
- have our books audited annually, and
- follow strict guidelines and standards for fund-raising.
Founded in 1979, ECFA is comprised of more than 700 charitable, religious and educational organizations which are qualified for tax-exempt nonprofit status.
